Jed Park

Qualifying Broker 

Jed Park is the qualifying broker for Park Properties Real Estate. He has been in commercial real estate for over twenty years. Jed began his career in Birmingham with Adair Land company in 1997 and then moved to Brigham Williams Real Estate in 2000. In 2012 he moved to Huntsville and opened Park Properties.

 

Jed specializes in retail development and income producing properties. He has closed over $100 million dollars in his career, and helps clients find real estate that meets their financial goals.  He graduated from the University of Alabama and is a past NALCOM president.

Jef Park

Property Management Specialist

Jef Park has been instrumental in the growth of Park Properties.  Prior to joining Park Properties, Jef worked at Cahaba Lawn and Garden and Jerry Damson Honda Dealership.

Associate Broker 

Nick DeMarte, SEC is an investor and licensed real estate broker with Park Properties specializing
in investment properties and creative problem-solving. He has been involved in all aspects of

commercial real estate including development, re-positioning, management, syndications, and investment counseling. Nick has also owned small businesses and has extensive experience in the daily management of retail and service businesses. Nick has been involved with many service organizations over the years and is currently the President of the National Ice Hockey Officials Association.


Nick is also a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors consisting of approximately 100 investment brokers from various parts of the country who have proven their skills at solving client's problems. The Society is considered one of the most knowledgeable groups of real estate professionals in the country and meets six times a year providing client’s National exposure to market real estate using a problem-solving format.
